The Government has deposited a proposed set of changes to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Bill in Parliament, in the form of a Supplementary Environmental Statement and Additional Provision known as ‘Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 and Additional Provision 3 (September 2015)’ or SES2 and AP3 (September 2015).

These changes relate to community forum areas (CFAs) 1 (Euston station and approach) to 5 (Northolt Corridor) of the Phase One route.

The Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 and Additional provision 3 (September 2015) is comprised of a number of documents which are listed and explained below.

An Additional Provision is deposited in Parliament during the Select Committee process and gives rise to a new petitioning period on the Additional Provision. It also gives rise to a consultation on the Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 and Additional Provision 3 Environmental Statement.

The petitioning period for Additional Provision 3 (September 2015) will finish on 23rd October 2015.

The consultation on the Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 and Additional Provision 3 Environmental Statement will finish on 6th November 2015.
