The Mid-Tier Contract

This is a template contract for medium value (under £20 million) non-complex goods and services. It is intended for use by procurement specialists and lawyers.
When setting up a contract, you will use:
- the Core terms
- the Award Form
- any of the relevant Schedules (some Schedules must be used in every contract, while others are optional)

The signed Award form is the basis of the contract between you and the supplier. You must prepare this form prior to tender. The Core terms document sets out the terms and conditions for the Mid-Tier Contract.
