The additional information provides further guidance for partners on specific areas of the Fund. This complements the information already shared through the Prospectus.

This guidance should be used by lead local authorities (LLAs) in England, Scotland and Wales delivering an investment plan agreed with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC).

It includes information on:

  • Outcome and output definitions - this includes the updated list of outputs and outcomes
  • Reporting, monitoring and performance management
  • Evaluation
  • Assurance and risk
  • Branding and publicity
  • Subsidy control
  • Procurement
  • Equalities

We may update, amend or add to this additional guidance and all users must ensure that they are using the most up to date versions of all documents which will be available on the fund website.
