The effectiveness reports contain data on vehicle testing and enforcement activity - including details on volumes and outcomes for both.

The data covers heavy goods vehicles, public service vehicles and light goods vehicles as well as the MOT scheme and other small and specialist schemes.

The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) was replaced by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in April 2014. For DVSA reports see Vehicle testing, enforcement, approval and safety defect data.
