Consultation description

We want to know what you think about how we plan to implement marketing standards and labelling requirements in England and Wales. This applies to fishery and aquaculture products such as fresh, chilled and frozen fish. Specifically, we are seeking views on implementing:

  • marketing standards in England and Wales
  • mandatory and voluntary labelling requirements in England

These standards are part of the Common Organisation of the Markets (CMO) policy for managing the EU market in fishery and aquaculture products .
