A business finance green paper to ensure businesses have access to a more diverse range of sources of finance that suits their needs. It seeks views to help inform government on:

  • the range of finance options available for different sized businesses
  • where the market is failing to provide finance and if there is a role for government intervention
  • how business and the government can work together to produce a diverse, competitive and sustainable financial environment
