Code of practice consultation on providing railway ticket information to ensure that ticket retailers give passengers a clear understanding of what level of service they can expect from rail services.

This follows the Department for Transport’s ‘Rail fares and ticketing: next steps’ report where the Office of Rail Regulation agreed to develop the code of practice.
