This consultation considers a potential change to rule 10(6) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010. The proposed rule change concerns the power of the Upper Tribunal to award costs in “CAAD appeals”. Responses to the consultation will be considered by the TPC.
