1 April 2015: Update to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees

The Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fee structure as per 1 April 2015.

The new fees for Patent Cooperation Treaty applications are:

Transmittal fee

• £75

Search fee

• £1474

International fee:

• £948: first 30 sheets
• £11: each sheet over 30

Request for restoration of priority

• £150

Reductions for e-filing:

• £142: electronic filing (not being in character coded format)
• £214: electronic filing (being in character coded format)
• £20: fees for preparation of priority document
• £5: fees for preparation of earlier search documents
