In response to the DVLA’s announced Public Consultation today, the Secretary of State for Wales Cheryl Gillan said:

“The DVLA has an established reputation of providing flexibility to motorists, keeping our roads safe, supporting the police and other essential road functions. Therefore the proposed review of DVLA services is important in providing the right choice and flexibility for motorists to access services they require.”
