Why we carry out user research
We use the information you provide us with to:
- assess how well we’re delivering our services
- gain insight on what changes you would like us to make to our existing services
- develop new services you would like us to provide
When you complete a survey, we’ll keep all information confidential in line with our personal information charter.
How the user research sessions work
We’ll ask you which types of research you would like to be involved in. We’ll only invite you to take part in activities which you have specified.
Participation is voluntary. You can say no to any invitation you receive.
You can leave the user panel at any time.
