The CMA has published a report setting out its findings and recommendations following its consultation seeking views on the effectiveness of the competition concurrency arrangements.

These are the arrangements in which the CMA and sector regulators share certain competition powers.

The CMA carried out this review 10 years on from a set of reforms to the arrangements introduced by the government, the sector regulators and the CMA.
