Useful information and detailed guidance on the management of ports and other marine facilities.

It is intended to supplement the Port Marine Safety Code.

The code and this guide are applicable both to statutory harbour authorities and to other marine facilities which may not necessarily have statutory powers and duties.

Examples of trends, enhancements and best practices in port marine safety code compliance are outlined in the Port Marine Safety Code - Health Check Findings 2021 to 2023.
