Details

This publication provides guidance for clinical skills trainers (CSTs) assessing screening technicians to screen individuals in the NHS abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) screening programme.

CSTs and trainee screening technicians should download and complete the training portfolio, annual competence assessment and log book documents to provide evidence that trainees have completed the requirements to become screening technicians within the NHS AAA screening programme.

This publication was previously published by Public Health England, which closed on 30 September 2021.
