  1. Guidance has changed to apply to only contracts effective before 4 June 2023. New guidance create for contracts effective after 5 June 2023.

  2. Revised chapter 2 (now version 12). Added new paragraphs 2.30 and 2.31 to the section 'Undertaking an Holistic Assessment Transitional'. Revised the section on 'Transitional Employer Support Grant'. Added new sections on 'Supported Internships' (paragraphs 2.41, 2.42 and 2.43) and 'Access to Work Plus Proof of Concept' (paragraphs 2.46 to 2.54). Also published revised Form A: Needs Assessment Referral (labelled April 2022) and Form B: Needs Assessment Report (labelled May 2022).

  3. Revised chapter 5 (now version 11). The section on use of Form PRaP 14 has been updated.
