Details
Claims under the Advocates’ Graduated Fee Scheme and Litigators’ Graduated Fee Scheme must be made online using the Crown Court Defence (CCD) billing system.
The forms on this page contain the following:
- AF1 A: This contingency form is only to be used if the CCD online billing system is not working and is for cases with a representation order dated on or after 1 April 2018.
- AF1 B: This contingency form is only to be used if the CCD online billing system is not working and is for cases with a representation order dated before 1 April 2018.
- AGFS Special Preparation Form (ASP2): for claiming Special / Wasted Preparation for cases with a representation order dated on or after 17 September 2020.
- AGFS Unused Material Form (AU1): for claims for viewing Unused Material for cases with a representation order dated on or after 17 September 2020.
- The first Special Preparation form (AF1(SP) is for claiming Special / Wasted Preparation for cases with a representation order dated between 31 December 2018 - 16 September 2020.
- The second Special Preparation form (AF1(SP) is to use for claiming Special / Wasted Preparation for cases with a representation order dated on or after 1 April 2018.
- The third Special Preparation form is to use for cases with a representation order dated before 1 April 2018.
