Details

These documents set out the banding of offences under the Advocates’ Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS). The principal legislation which provides for AGFS is the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/435); in particular, see Schedule 1 to those Regulations.

Version 1.1 applies to Representation Orders granted after 1 April 2018

Version 1.2 applies to Representation Orders granted after 31 December 2018
