A statement by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in their capacity as Chair of the inaugural AI Safety Summit which met at Bletchley Park on 1 to 2 November 2023.

This summit, the first of its kind, was convened by the UK to identify next steps for the safe development of frontier AI.
