To tell HMRC about changes to your Duty Stamps Scheme registration form you can either:
- use the online service
- fill in the form on-screen, print and post to HMRC
To use the online service, you’ll need the Government Gateway user ID and password you used when you registered. If you do not have a user ID you can create one when you use the service.
You need to do this within 7 days of the change. You’ll sign a declaration stating that your business is not disqualified from registration. You’ll be committing an offence if this statement is untrue.
To fill in this form you’ll need your:
- duty stamps registration number
- UK VAT registration number
- UK excise or SEED registration number
- incorporation number
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
Find a version of the form that was used before January 2021.
