From 1 March 2025, alcoholic product producers must submit Alcohol Duty returns and payments using the Manage your Alcohol Duty online service.

As a spirits producer, whether you pay duty using the Manage your Alcohol Duty online service, Alcohol and Tobacco Warehousing Declarations or forms W5 or W5D, you’ll need to report quarterly spirits production using the Manage your Alcohol Duty online service. You can no longer use form W21 to do this.
