Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licences held by Allen Transport Ltd
• disqualify Allen Transport Ltd for 2 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
• disqualify Daniel Allen for 2 years from applying or holding any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
• disqualify Daniel Allen for 2 years from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence

All orders will be effective from 23:59 on 30 May 2018
