   Updated the application form in a few ways. Updated the list of standard rules set or facility you are applying to add or change to. Added a new section on side condition reports and stage 1 to 3 assessments. Updated the technical competence section. Added a new section on removal of an entire standard rule activity. Added a new appendix with an example of a site plan. Removed the separate guidance document, as guidance has been added to the form itself.

2. 22 October 2020

   Updated both application form and guidance to delete the following SRs: 2015 No7; 2015 No9; 2015 No11 and 2015 No22.

3. 14 January 2020

   Updated guidance to add extra references to relevant Schedules in EP regulations and links to other guidance. Revised Appendices for waste treatment activities to relate to revised guidance. Update guidance with text to cover applying for multiple Standard Rules.

4. 3 April 2018

   This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.

5. 15 March 2016
