We will accept applications using LPD1 version 3 until 19 August 2022 while you update your systems and processes. After that date please use LPD1 the new version 4.

Use this application form for deployments for landspreading waste where the operator holds one of these permits:

• SR2010 No 4: mobile plant for landspreading
• SR2010 No 5: use of mobile plant for land reclamation, restoration or improvement of land
• SR2010 No 6: mobile plant for landspreading of sewage sludge
• bespoke mobile plant permit for landspreading or land reclamation

1. 9 October 2018

   Removed the RPS 214 statement as RPS 214 has now expired.

2. 16 August 2018

   Added regulatory position statement (RPS) 214 statement document: If you are using a deployment using RPS 214 to spread treated sewage effluent on land, you must complete the RPS 214 statement and submit it with your LPD1 form.

3. 25 May 2017

   Documents have been removed that no longer apply from 6 April 2017.

4. 23 February 2017

   Application form and guidance note for 2016 were deleted in error and have now been reinstated.
