  1. Removed the RPS 214 statement as RPS 214 has now expired.

  2. Added regulatory position statement (RPS) 214 statement document: If you are using a deployment using RPS 214 to spread treated sewage effluent on land, you must complete the RPS 214 statement and submit it with your LPD1 form.

  3. Documents have been removed that no longer apply from 6 April 2017.

  4. Application form and guidance note for 2016 were deleted in error and have now been reinstated.
