Before you apply, make sure you:
- read the guidance on moving plants from Great Britain to Northern Ireland using NIPHL
- are registered as a professional operator
The application should be completed by growers and traders seeking authorisation to move plants from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. If you are authorised, you will be able to move plants using a Northern Ireland plant health label (NIPHL).
