Documents
Details
This baseline report seeks to assess the current state of the UK concurrency arrangements and to provide the evidence by which to determine what further action is required to make improvements to the regime.
The concurrency arrangements are the arrangements for co-operation between the CMA and sectoral regulators regarding the competition law functions that each regulator is empowered to exercise concurrently with the CMA in its sector, and the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 introduces provisions for enhancing those concurrency arrangements which came into force on 1 April 2014.
