This report explores the experiences of claimants of Bereavement Support Payment via 60 in-depth interviews.

Bereavement Services Customer Experience Survey Report

This report sets out the findings from a telephone survey of 1,529 respondents who had claimed either Bereavement Support Payments (765 claimants) or Funeral Expenses Payments (764 claimants) to understand customer experiences and how satisfied they were with the process of applying for and receiving, either benefit.
