The UK property sector is central to many of the UK’s economic, environmental and social goals, from boosting productivity and innovation to improving our residential areas and achieving net zero ambitions.

Recognising the importance of this area the Geospatial Commission has published a new report exploring where better use of location data across the property ecosystem will support the property sector to grow and reach these goals. The report examines cross-cutting areas where improved data and use of location data and services would unlock growth, and identifies existing projects and future opportunities to support this.
