Details

This report contains the results of a government approved trial which allowed people in parts of the south west to use bus passes to get discounted price travel on 2 rail lines without a senior rail card. The consultants SPA Future Thinking were commissioned to assess the awareness and effectiveness of the trial.

We commissioned the study in 2011 and the study was completed in 2013.
