  1. Guidance updated to: delete the section covering EUSS applications, as pending prosecutions are no longer relevant in an EUSS context; and reflect the renaming of the Identification, Law Enforcement Engagement team (ILEET) to the Pendings, Documentation and POCA Team (PDP Team) in the Foreign National Offender Returns Command (FNO RC).

  2. Removal of the section covering EUSS applications, as pending prosecutions are no longer relevant in an EUSS context.

  3. This guidance has been updated to include administrative removal action in the deportation section.
