Details

Tell HMRC about all the trustees of a trust. These details form part of your application to register for Climate Change Levy (CCL).

You can either:

  • use the online form service
  • print the form, fill it in by hand and post it to HMRC

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

You’ll need to sign in with your Government Gateway user ID and password (if you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you first try to sign in).
