This memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets out the working arrangements between the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (NIAUR) in relation to their concurrent competition law powers in the gas, electricity, water and sewerage sectors in Northern Ireland.
