Details

The CMA wrote to NatWest Group regarding a breach of Article 20 of the Order. NatWest Group breached the Order through failing to send Transaction Histories to 903 customers of its former brand Bó. NatWest Group has taken steps to end the breach, to prevent a recurrence, and to put things right for affected former customers.
