HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) commissioned this research to explore relationships with the wealthy and their agents in order to foster greater trust and transparency, reduce the tax gap and increase voluntary compliance.

It was carried out by IFF Research between February and March 2020, and consisted of 37 interviews.
