Coastal access: Section 52 notice for Cremyll to Kingswear

Details
On 13 January 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CKW2 to CKW4 and CKW6 to CKW8. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 23 November 2023, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CKW5 and CKW9. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person, relating to objections made about these sections of coast.
On 6 March 2024, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length CKW1. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
