Details

On 1 October 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths EBC1 and EBC3 to EBC6. Their decision is outlined in the notice.

On 6 April 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length EBC2. Their decision is outlined in the notice.

The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about this stretch.

On 27 July 2023, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length EBC7 (MR1). Their decision is outlined in the notice.

On 28 March 2024, the Secretary of State approved the variation proposals for Ecclesbourne Glen, Hastings Country Park (VR17). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
