Details

This code deals with the specific circumstances of access during recognition or derecognition ballots. It covers:

  • a union’s access to workers during the ballot
  • avoiding unfair practices when campaigning during that period

It also gives practical guidance about the issues which arise when an employer receives a request by a union to be granted access to their workers at their workplace and/or during their working time.
