Use this form to add land to a commonhold. You will also need to use form CM3 to register the amended commonhold community statement.
Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development. Land can be added to a commonhold, which is recorded in the commonhold community statement.se this form to add land to a commonhold.
