Use this form to register a change of extent of a commonhold unit which has a charge registered against it. You must also use form CM3 and, if necessary, form CM4.

Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development.
