Use form CM3 to register any amendments to the community statement and/or memorandum and articles of association of a Commonhold Association.
Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development. The responsibilities of the Commonhold Association are set out in the community statement and/or memorandum and articles of association.
