This is the eleventh report laid by the Secretary of State before Parliament pursuant Section 390 of the Communications Act 2003 requires the Secretary of State about the carrying out of the Secretary of State’s functions under the following legislation:
- the Communications Act 2003
- the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006
- the Office of Communications Act 2002
- the Broadcasting Acts 1990 and 1996
It details Statutory Instruments laid under these Acts in the time period of December 2020-2022.
