Details

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) hears appeals and decides cases involving competition or economic regulatory issues. The Competition Service (CS) funds and provide support services to the CAT.

The framework document sets out the broad framework within which the CAT and CS operate, and their relationship with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
