This note sets out the latest estimates of electricity supplied to Energy Intensive Industries (EIIs) who will be eligible for the exemption from the indirect costs of Contracts for Difference (CfD).

We launched a consultation setting out how we propose to implement this exemption. As part of the consultation, licensed energy suppliers asked for more clarity about the volume of electricity supplied eligible for the exemption.
