The Country Land and Business Association and National Farmers Union wayleave is used by some landowners and broadband suppliers in agreeing terms and fees for access to farmland to facilitate the rollout of gigabit-capable broadband to rural communities. The wayleave is shown as an example of a draft standardised document, and DSIT / BDUK does not promote or endorse any of the terms or fees mentioned in this or other standardised wayleaves used by the property and telecoms industries.
