The Daniel Morgan Independent Panel was established in 2013 to shine a light on the circumstances of Daniel Morgan’s murder and the handling of the case over the period since 1987.

This independent report contains the findings of the panel.

Correspondence between the Home Secretary and the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service about the publication of the report is also available.
