The Traffic Commissioner made orders to;

• revoke the operator licence held by David Alan Hesketh with effect from 23:45 on 11 January 2019
• disqualify Julie Hesketh indefinitely from acting as transport manager on any licence

The decision was made on 11 December 2018.
