Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by XPO Logistics Ltd
• disqualify Balwant Singh for a period of 3 years until 00:01 on 6 June 2021, from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
• disqualify Balwant Singh from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence

The decision was made on 5th June 2018
