Details

There are approximately 3.3 million homes in the UK with non-standard cavity walls and lofts.

This research project undertook market analysis of the likely costs to insulate these dwellings. Data was gathered for both the costs of materials and labour but also investigated other related costs such as access issues and geographical location.

This report estimates that the likely cost of insulating non-standard cavity walls and lofts is £470–£3,300 per home.
