Details

The Rwanda operational plan explains what we are doing to help the Rwandan government develop their economy so the country is no longer dependent on foreign aid. It lists DFID’s priorities, what the current situation is and the results they expect to achieve. It explains how our local office works, who they work with and how they spend their budget.
