These reports are an analysis of the diversity characteristics of Department for Transport staff in post between 1 April 2017 and 31 March 2018. It includes data on job applicants for posts in DfT. The analysis covers DfT (centre) and the 4 executive agencies.
The data looks at staff in post, cessations, recruitment grievance and discipline, training, sickness absence, performance marking and progression. It considers whether there were significant differences with respect to:
- gender
- race
- disability
- pay band
- age
- sexual orientation
- religion and belief
- working pattern
