Details

Information on the diversity characteristics of Department for Transport (DfT) staff, plus 4 of its executive agencies, in post between 1 April 2018 and 31 March 2019. The data includes information on job applicants for posts during this time.

The executive agencies reviewed are the:

  • Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency
  • Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency
  • Martitime and Coastguard Agency
  • Vehicle Certification Agency

The data reviews – both individually and combined – staff in post, cessations, recruitment grievance and discipline, sickness absence, performance marking and progression with respect to:

  • gender
  • race
  • disability
  • pay band
  • age
  • sexual orientation
  • religion and belief
  • working pattern

The analysis should be read with DfT’s diversity and inclusion report .
